Shipping policy

Diagnostic Station exclusively services and ships to customers located within the United States.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping to all U.S. addresses, including all states and Washington D.C. There are no hidden handling fees.

Handling & Processing Time

  • Handling Time: All orders (laptops, cables, and hardware kits) are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

  • Note: U.S. federal holidays are not counted as business days.

Transit & Delivery Time

  • Transit Time: Standard shipping via international express carriers (such as DHL, FedEx) takes 5 to 9 business days in transit.

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: Handling time (1–2 business days) + Transit time (5–9 business days) = 6 to 11 business days total from the order date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you will receive an automated email containing your carrier tracking number (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). You can monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Cancellations and Address Changes

  • Cancellations are only permitted before the order has been handed over to the carrier.

  • Shipping address changes must be requested via email within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item is in transit, the delivery address cannot be modified.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking states your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbors. Contact us at sales@diagstation.com within 7 days of the stated delivery date so we can initiate an official carrier trace
