Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping to all U.S. addresses, including all states and Washington D.C.
Handling Time

Physical orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that U.S. federal holidays are not counted as business days.
Transit & Delivery Time

Standard transit time is 5 to 9 business days after dispatch.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: Handling time (1 to 2 business days) plus transit time (5 to 9 business days) equals a total of 6 to 11 business days from the order date, excluding weekends and holidays.
Tracking Your Order

Once your physical order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier website or via our store tracking page.
Cancellations and Address Changes

Cancellations are allowed only before the order has been shipped.

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the package is in transit, the delivery address cannot be altered. If the order has already shipped, please follow our Return and Refund Policy.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a physical package is refused or unclaimed at delivery and returned to us, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges incurred. We may deduct our actual outbound shipping cost from the total refund amount.
Delays and Force Majeure

Carrier delays, extreme weather conditions, or customs safety checks can occasionally extend transit times. We will actively assist you with carrier investigations if your package is delayed.
Lost or Delivered But Not Received Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office first. If the package is still missing, contact us immediately so we can open a trace with the shipping carrier.
Digital Delivery (Software Access & Service Packages)

Digital delivery is completely free. There are no shipping fees or hidden handling charges for software access links or remote support services.
Delivery Time & Method

Software access links and download instructions are sent electronically to your registered email address within 1 to 12 hours after order confirmation.

No physical package or tracking number will be issued for digital-only purchases.

If you requested our professional remote setup service, your delivery email will contain a direct link to schedule a remote installation session with our technician at a time that works best for you.
