We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Whether you bought physical hardware or a digital software package, we offer a transparent return and refund process.

Return and Refund Windows

  • Physical Products (Laptops & Hardware): You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Digital Products (Software Access & Remote Setup): Our 30-day refund guarantee also applies to all digital packages. If the software does not meet your expectations or if a technical incompatibility prevents successful installation, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Return Conditions

Physical Goods Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packed in the original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • Customized hardware items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Digital Goods Eligibility

  • To receive a refund for a digital product or remote setup service, simply contact our support team within the 30-day window. Upon approval of the refund, your digital access links will be deactivated.

Fees and Costs

  • Restocking Fee: $0. We do not charge any restocking fees for physical or digital returns.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs for physical items are the responsibility of the buyer. However, if an item arrives defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Processing Timeframe

  • Refunds are approved and processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned physical item, or within 10 business days after a digital cancellation request is approved.

  • Once issued, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the credit to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return or Request a Refund

  1. Email us at sales@diagstation.com within 30 days of delivery or purchase. State your order number and the clear reason for the return. Please attach clear photos if a physical product arrived damaged or defective.

  2. If your return is eligible, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed shipping instructions.

  3. For physical items, pack the product securely, include the RA form inside the box, and ship it to our authorized US returns facility listed below. Returns sent without an RA number may be refused.
